5. Modern motorcoaches with professional drivers (no school buses).  Our deluxe motorcoach are equipped with VCR/DVD players, monitors, and restroom facilities.

Outstanding policies protect both your institution and the student.

1. Full 100% individual refund policy up to 60 days prior to departure on all motorcoach tours, with the exception of non-refundable deposits and pre-paid items. These items include Broadway show tickets, Amtrak and airline tickets, and theme park admissions.
2. No financial risk to you or your school, as there are no hotel or bus contracts for you to sign.
3. Tour price guarantee once a Tour Proposal Agreement is signed, a deposit has been received, and no itinerary or passenger count changes occur. Exceptions include tariff increases for Amtrak, airlines, etc.
4. $1 Million in liability group insurance coverage while on tour.
5. Motorcoaches maintain $5 million liability insurance coverage.
